Zurb Foundation is an open source front-end responsive design framework. Foundation is based on a responsive grid and pre-styled UI elements. The latest version, Foundation 3 aims to streamline responsive prototyping that can be taken direct to production. I like the thorough documentation, their use of new technologies and how easy it is to use.
